The Queens Arms, Cowley Road, Littlemore
Courage
Smiles Best Bitter 1.30 (One Pound Thirty)
Westons Scrumpy Jack 2.20 (20.ii.98)

Done out mostly in a duck-egg blue, with a brick chimney in the middle and
dark wooden panelling, it's an oddly unsettling looking place. Three cask
pumps of Courage stuff, but the main thing I noticed was the 1.30 Smiles
Best, which tasted quite a lot like beer, but was really nothing special.
Not a bargain, no.

Facilities dark and duckegged. Mesmerizingly silent VH1 on television in
southeastern corner above very audible jukebox.
