include Sundays? "We've got beef, lamb, lamb shank and pork," mutters the 
woman behind the bar. Anything for a vegetarian? "Salmon or trout, or 
don't you like those either?" Menus are up on the walls listing mildly 
more interesting food, but apparently none of it was available.

They did ask whether I wanted Gordon's or Beefeater in my gin and tonic.
