The Butchers Arms (Fullers)
Wilberforce Street, Headington
This is a rather fine pub with a nice big paved beergarden attached, next
to the tallest privet hedge you have ever seen. Bit tricky to find,
though. From London Road, go down New High Street (look for shark), then
turn down Perrin Street. A big pub sign should be visible before long.
Decor mostly Fullers posters, and the cornices along the top of the
wainscoting have a huge range of beer glasses and bottles (most of them
full) on top of them.

Has a smallish patio/garden, which is good in summer, and "Headington's
only outdoor heated patio" - the landlord. More of those Martian things.
Beer is available in those two pint glasses, and is the usual Fuller's
range. I'm told it's the home fans' local when there's a football match
on, so be warned.
