The Nutshell (Greene King), The Traverse, Bury St Edmunds

Closed Sundays.

This claims to be the smallest pub in England, and is on the CAMRA
National Inventory of interesting or worthwhile pub interiors. As such,
it's hit and miss whether you'll find room inside. Inside is, at a guess,
about the size of the bit around a bar you're not allowed to smoke in.

Greene King IPA and Abbot on cask, and Bombay Sapphire amongst the
spirits. Lots of banknotes stuck to the ceiling. Ladies and Gents
upstairs.
